How We Can Work Together

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step. Whether you’re interested in starting therapy, looking for consultation, or hoping to bring mental health education to your organization, my goal is to make the process feel approachable and clear.

THERAPY

Starting therapy can feel intimidating. You may have questions about what to expect, whether therapy is the right fit for you, or even where to begin. Those questions are completely normal.

The first step is reaching out. From there, we’ll connect for a complimentary 15-minute initial consultation to talk about what brings you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and whether my approach feels like the right fit for your needs. The most important factor that determines if therapy will be successful for you is a good fit between you and your therapist, so I like to take my time to make sure we are a good fit for one another!

If we decide to work together, therapy will be a collaborative process. We’ll begin by getting to know your story—your experiences, relationships, strengths, challenges, and the patterns that have shaped who you are. Together, we’ll explore what is bringing you to therapy while also developing a deeper understanding of yourself and what you need moving forward.

Clients often come to therapy wanting relief from anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, or feeling stuck. Over time, many find that therapy becomes more than just addressing a specific problem—it becomes a space to develop greater self-awareness, build self-compassion, and create meaningful change.

My approach is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being your authentic self, knowing you will be met with curiosity, honesty, and support.

“Slow down. Calm down. Don’t worry. Don’t hurry. Trust the process.”
